Refund Policy

At AB-Images.com, we are committed to your total satisfaction. With our extensive product offerings, helpful sales, and customer support staff, we strive to give you the tools and knowledge to increase your confidence in purchasing the proper equipment from Amazing Beautiful Images. We believe this will benefit you as you start or grow your products, marketing, garment, and gift decorating and customizing business.

30 Day Return Policy:

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and acceptable returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

For Consumable Items:

If you purchased a product that you realize you don't want or doesn't meet your needs, we're more than willing to take the product back (with limited exceptions) within 30 days of purchase. We are able to accept consumable items within 30 days of purchase, however, customer would be responsible for return shipping and preferably with insurance - the customer would be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during shipping. Consumable items are subjected to a 20% restocking fee if it is not returned in the original condition in which it was received. Consumable items include transfer paper, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation blanks, etc.

We are not able to accept returns on inks that have been opened. Once opened, inks are not returnable. Ink dates within six months of expiration cannot be returned.

15 Day Defective-On-Arrival, and/or Damaged-On-Arrival [DOA]/Shipping Damage Policy:

Before signing to receive a shipment, visually inspect all freight and packages. If there is any exterior damage, please describe it on the Bill of Lading [BOL] paperwork and then sign for the shipment as damaged. Save a copy of the paperwork for your records. If the products in the shipment turn out to be damaged, we may request that you scan and email us a copy of the BOL paperwork to assist with the claims process. Photographs of the damaged shipment will also be requested, email to support@ab-images.com.

To be eligible for a no-cost replacement, claims must be made within 15 days of product delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and notify your delivery driver immediately if there is any physical damage to the packaging.

If your item has arrived either damaged in transit or in less-than-perfect working condition, please contact us immediately at support@ab-images.com. To assist in our claims process, we kindly request that photos of the damaged product be sent via email.

To make a qualifying return, notify AB Images Customer Service at support@ab-images.com with an itemized list of products, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

Made to Order Products:

Some products on our website are made to order after an order has been placed and are noted as such in the product description. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed. If an order is cancelled for one of these items, a restocking fee and/or product manufacturing cancellation fee may apply. These fees vary by manufacturer. Please contact us directly at support@ab-images.com if you have any questions about the return details for any made-to-order item specifically.

Custom and Personalized Orders:

Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, AB-Images is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by our technicians, the product would be remade our expense.

Clearance Items are all final sale; we are unable to refund or exchange these items.

Requesting a Return:

If you wish to return or exchange any item purchased from Amazing Beautiful Images, please contact us directly to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We can be reached at support@ab-images.com. Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Returns are not able to be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA}. To expedite the processing of your return, please include both the Order and RMA numbers with your return.

Refunds are issued via the original form of payment and processed within 3-5 business days of receiving an item at our Centralia, MO headquarters. Credit card refunds may require an additional period of time before being reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Returned products must be in brand-new condition. This means the product has not been modified, damaged, or altered and is in the same condition as when it was received. ALL original packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories, etc. must be included as well, which includes the original box and specialized foam moldings. Items not received in new condition or with missing accessories/materials may have an additional restocking fee assessed, up to the full price of the item depending on the condition in which it was received. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without all original packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Items purchased with a free shipping promotion are still liable to have the regular cost of shipping deducted from the final refund amount as well.

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package and secure returning items to ensure no damage occurs during transit. For heat presses and other machinery, this means the original packaging complete with specialized foam moldings*. Credit will not be issued on products damaged due to negligent packaging. It is also recommended that your return be insured up to the cost of the product in case of damage in return shipping.

Special Order, Non-Stock Items, Custom Fabricated Items, Custom Imprinted Badges, or Items Where the Customer Elected to Have Adhesive Applied Cannot Be Returned.

Return products will not be accepted without prior authorization from Amazing Beautiful Images Customer Service Representative.

All equipment sales are final. Amazing Beautiful Images does not accept returns on printers, heat presses, ovens, and fabrication equipment.

No return authorization or credit will be granted after (30) days from invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition.
